House Rules for the holiday apartments "Ferienpark Thüle"

Dear guests, you spend your holidays in a private apartment. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you enjoy a carefree holiday in our & nbsp; Apartment will be spend. The following house rules describe how we imagine dealing with the apartment and the entire inventory. We would be pleased if you would leave the apartment and its furnishings in the condition in which you found it. By a proper treatment of the & nbsp; Apartment also help us to provide you and other guests with a sizable apartment in the future. With the legally binding booking of our apartment, we assume that you accept these house rules.

All things that are in the apartment, on the terrace or balcony or belong, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all equipment and inventory carefully.

The renter must treat the rental property with care and ensure that his fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.

Furniture from the interior should not be carried outside and not rearranged in the house.

Please do not reprogram devices according to your own wishes.

Do not change the settings on the gas heater, if necessary inform us.

The beds are covered on your arrival. Please remove the bed linen on your departure and leave the dirty clothes in the bathroom.

You are responsible for cleaning the holiday home during your stay.

We provide you with the necessary equipment. You will also find an initial supply of consumables, which are not supplemented by us.

Smoking is not allowed throughout the house . When smoking on the terrace and in the garden is an ashtray to use. Dispose of completely refrigerated cigarette remains in the residual waste. Burn marks or holes are removed at the expense of the renter.

You are responsible for the apartment throughout the rental period. When leaving the apartment, close the windows and close the front door. We assume no liability in case of burglary or theft!

Do not leave the front door key in the apartment when you leave the house! From the outside, the door can not be opened without a key.

Please supervise your children and make sure that they, too, observe the house rules and that nothing happens to them either in the house or on the property. We assume no liability!

In the spirit of a good neighborhood, we ask you to respect the rest periods.

The local rest periods are from 22.00 - 7.00 and 13.00 - 15.00,

of course in the outdoor area.


Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition and use baking paper.


To prevent excessive moisture and mildew, please ensure adequate ventilation (butt ventilation) of the rooms. This is especially true for the bedrooms and the bathroom.

Parking - driveway

The tenant is provided a designated parking space for the duration of his stay. However, this does not create a custody agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to parked on the property or shunting motor vehicles or their contents. Any supply of vehicles with lubricants and lubricants as well as any car care on the house property is prohibited.

Internet W - LAN (expected to be in March)

The use of the Internet with your own W-LAN capable terminal (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the W-LAN connection is free of charge for the renter.

However, this does not apply to the use of paid content on the internet. The renter uses the Internet at his own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the use of the Internet by the renter. For the use of Internet access via W-LAN, the W-LAN usage rules must also be taken into account.

Please understand that we have to protect ourselves against misuse by signing a signature on your part.


No one deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be glad, if you inform us of the damage and we will determine this, not only after your departure at the final cleaning. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost. Exceptions are minor matters such as a broken glass, plates, etc.


The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Corresponding containers are available on the property. Only use trash can and cosmetic bucket in the bathroom with a garbage bag and dispose of it in a closed trashcan bin.

In the kitchen sink, the toilets, the sinks and showers no waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages (no toiletries in the toilet).


We would like to ask you to leave the apartment in a good condition.

The following tasks are not part of the final cleaning and are to be done by the renter before departure:

  1. Empty the fridge.
  2. Dispose of all leftover food.
  3. Do the dishes and put the dishes in their proper place.
  4. If necessary. the oven, microwave ectr. Clean.
  5. Dispose of household waste in the designated containers.
  6. Turn off any electrical appliances (other than refrigerators) that you have turned on.
  7. If you have not already done so, show us all damages and losses on the holiday home and the equipment.
  8. Leave the apartment swept clean.
  9. Leave all keys we have left in the apartment and pull the outer doors shut.
